The Zijin Science and Technology Innovation Party Branch and the Gaofeng Investment Party Branch jointly carried out a party history education activity titled "Remembering the History of the Bridge, Striving to Be a New Era Youth."

On June 23, the Zijin Science and Technology Innovation Party Branch and the Gao Feng Investment Party Branch jointly carried out the party history study and education activity "Remembering the History of the Bridge, Striving to Be a New Era Talent" at the Nanjing Yangtze River Bridge, organizing all party members to pay homage to the Nanjing Yangtze River Bridge and learn about the "Bridge" spirit.

The Nanjing Yangtze River Bridge was completed in 1960 and is the first double-deck road-rail bridge designed and built by Chinese people on the Yangtze River. The magnificent bridgehead, sculpture group, relief railings, and magnolia flower lamps showcase historical culture and embody the craftsmanship of builders. Today, the Nanjing Yangtze River Bridge is not only a transportation hub but also a symbol that carries the spirit of self-reliance and hard work, as well as the vision of national rejuvenation, becoming a part of the personal and collective memory of the Chinese nation.

In this educational activity, the party members first visited the Nanjing Yangtze River Bridge Memorial Hall. Under the leadership of Zhang Wei, the Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission of the Investment Group, all party members revisited the party membership oath in front of the statue of Chairman Mao. They then went to the viewing platform at the southern bridgehead, where they were able to take in the grandeur of the bridge and the majestic Yangtze River. With the detailed introduction from the guide, all party members gained a comprehensive understanding of the glorious history of the Nanjing Yangtze River Bridge, deeply realizing that it fulfilled the historical dream of hundreds of millions of Chinese people conquering the Yangtze River, and it is a microcosm of an era, a spiritual monument, showcasing the great achievements of the Communist Party of China leading the Chinese people in building a new China.

This activity initially explored the history of the party leading the people in technological innovation in Nanjing since the founding of the new China, excavating and promoting Nanjing's glorious tradition of technological innovation, guiding the majority of party members to study party history, understand ideology, do practical work, and open new chapters. After the activity, the party members sincerely expressed their admiration for the builders' spirit of self-reliance and self-improvement, the enterprising spirit of innovation and excellence, and the craftsmanship spirit of pursuing perfection. They also stated that in the new era, they would promote the "Bridge" spirit, maintain "craftsmanship" in their work, strive to be new era talents, and make due contributions to advancing the construction of Nanjing as an innovative city.
