Ordinary college students, college graduates within 5 years (including students from universities in Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macau, or overseas), and individuals under 35 years old with a nationally recognized higher education degree. (Any of the above conditions can be met to apply)

Policy Content

Eligible individuals, as actual holders or operational leaders of entrepreneurial projects, can apply for outstanding entrepreneurial projects for young college students if they are the legal representatives of the entrepreneurial entity and are engaged in full-time entrepreneurship after establishment.

Application Process and Procedure

1 Open the "Nanjing Talent Service Center" WeChat official account, click on "College Student Entrepreneurship" - "Outstanding Entrepreneurial Projects", read the "Competition Instructions" and click "Agree", then click "Apply Now" to complete the information submission.

Then enter the "Nanjing Human Resources Online Service Hall", select "College Student Entrepreneurship" - "Outstanding Project Application", and complete the information submission.

Award Setting

Outstanding projects selected will receive funding of 100,000 to 500,000 yuan, of which 50% of the funding will be invested in equity by the municipal angel fund, and 50% will be subsidized by the government.
