The venture capital group directly invested in Yihui Information, which has completed hundreds of millions in Series C financing.

Recently, the second phase of the municipal talent fund managed by Nanjing Innovation Investment Group, in collaboration with China National Investment Corporation, Xi'an Longding Investment Management Co., Ltd., and Tianjin Qingyan Lushi Investment Management Co., Ltd., completed a C round financing of hundreds of millions of yuan for Beijing Yihui Information Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Yihui Information").

Founded in 2015, Yihui Information is a leading provider of embedded operating system services in China, focusing on providing industry users with autonomous and controllable embedded real-time operating systems and related technical services and product solutions. It has independently developed the first large-scale autonomous real-time operating system in China, SylixOS, which is also the only real-time operating system in the country that can compete with VxWorks and QNX in terms of functionality and performance. After years of continuous R&D iterations, SylixOS has undergone practical verification in hundreds of products and supports mainstream architecture processors such as x86, ARM, MIPS, PowerPC, and RISC-V. Currently, Yihui Information's solutions cover many high-growth fields such as rail transit, smart grids, aerospace, industrial automation, automotive, and communications. Yihui Information holds more than 50 invention patents and undertakes 7 major national projects, with an annual performance compound growth rate of 113%. It has established four R&D and industrial service bases in Beijing, Nanjing, Xi'an, and Guangzhou, and customer service and ecological promotion will accelerate.

As the underlying basic software for industrial digitalization, embedded real-time operating systems have wide applications in all devices that require computer control, from rockets and satellites to smart meters and PLCs, making them an important foundational support in the era of ubiquitous computing.
