The venture capital group's cooperative sub-fund investment company, Rayyu Optoelectronics, has completed a new round of financing.


Recently, the venture capital group's cooperative sub-fund—Nanjing Yuanling Equity Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Nanjing Yuanling Fund") announced the completion of Pre-A3 round financing for the invested company Suzhou Rayyu Semiconductor Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Rayyu Optoelectronics"). This round of financing was led by Huaying Capital, with participation from 37 Interactive Entertainment and miHoYo. The funds raised will be used to accelerate R&D iteration, expand the team, and initiate small-scale mass production, further consolidating Rayyu Optoelectronics' leading advantage in the field of single-chip full-color Micro-LED micro-displays. In 2021, the Nanjing Yuanling Fund participated in the seed round financing of this project.

The Nanjing Yuanling Fund was established in May 2019, with a fund size of 2 billion 1 million yuan. The Nanjing Emerging Industry Development Fund, managed by the venture capital group, invested in this sub-fund in 2019. The fund is managed by Lhasa Yuanchi Investment Management Co., Ltd., and primarily invests in areas such as industrial internet, enterprise services, consumer internet, advanced technology, and overseas expansion.

Rayyu Optoelectronics is committed to developing high-performance, high-volume full-color Micro-LED micro-displays, creating an ideal full-color micro-display solution for AR glasses. The company's core team originates from the Department of Electronics at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, with many years of experience in cutting-edge optical chip design and manufacturing.
