The venture capital group's cooperative sub-fund has invested in the company YunChuang ZhiXing, which has completed a Series A financing of several tens of millions.

The venture capital group's cooperative sub-fund has invested in Yun Chuang Zhi Xing Technology (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Yun Chuang Zhi Xing"), which recently announced the completion of several tens of millions in Series A financing, with the investor being Saike Capital. The funds from this round of financing will be used for product research and development, capacity enhancement, and market expansion.

In June 2021, Yun Chuang Zhi Xing Technology (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. received angel round investment from Nanjing Chuang Yi Ha Gong Technology Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership). Nanjing Chuang Yi Ha Gong Technology Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) was established in August 2019, managed by Ma'anshan Zhefang Intelligent Robot Investment Management Co., Ltd., with a fund size of 200 million yuan, of which 98 million yuan was contributed by the Science and Technology Innovation Fund managed by Nanjing Innovation Investment Group, accounting for 49%. The fund mainly invests in robotics, artificial intelligence, intelligent manufacturing, the internet, industrial automation, big data, and more.

Yun Chuang Zhi Xing was established in 2021, dedicated to applying autonomous driving technology to sanitation operations and providing overall solutions for unmanned sanitation. Prior to this, the company had received multiple rounds of investment from well-known investors such as Zhefang Capital, NIO Capital, BV Baidu Ventures, and Xinghang Venture Capital. The core executives come from prestigious institutions such as Tsinghua University, Xiamen University, and Tongji University, and have previously worked at major domestic companies like Baidu, JD.com, Changan Automobile, and Fulongma. Yun Chuang Zhi Xing focuses on the development and application of L4 level unmanned sanitation products, has developed and mass-produced three products, and launched its independently developed "OPTIMUS" L4 level autonomous sanitation customized system, which has passed public road testing for low-speed unmanned vehicles by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. In 2023, Yun Chuang Zhi Xing's products have been deployed in various closed/semi-closed scenarios such as factories, parks, universities, scenic spots, and commercial centers, with over a hundred units in operation. This year, it will promote the application in open scenarios such as non-motorized lanes and sidewalks, and undertake comprehensive services for unmanned sanitation operations. Currently, products have been deployed in cities such as Suzhou, Shenzhen, Beijing, Guangzhou, and Chengdu, with plans to expand regular operations of unmanned sanitation vehicles in cities like Nanjing, Wuxi, Xiamen, Hangzhou, Tianjin, Qingdao, Shijiazhuang, and Yibin. To provide more convenient after-sales service, Yun Chuang Zhi Xing has established five offices nationwide.
